Project Plan and Schedule

A project plan has been formulated and a work breakdown structure derived from it. There are new features currently being introduced into facebook and it would be ideal if these features could be integrated into the business page. The preliminary breakdown is divided up into 5 phases as per project management specifications. This is depicted below.

A mock-up static fbml page is currently in progress and will be produced for the next meeting with Good Return. This mock-up page is to be designed as per their requested specifications.
